A burst supply line, an overflowing tub, or a storm surge under the back door doesn't wait for business hours, and neither do we. Hirex Water Damage sends licensed technicians straight to your Shelbyville address with extraction equipment already loaded and running.
Hirex Water Damage started because homeowners in Shelbyville, TN kept telling us the same story: a national hotline picked up, put them on hold, and then subcontracted the job out to whoever was cheapest and closest. Every technician on our Shelbyville roster is a Hirex Water Damage employee, not a gig-app contractor pulled from a random directory.
Each lead tech holds an IICRC Water Restoration Technician certification and has personally handled clean-water, gray-water, and contaminated black-water losses, so Flood Damage Cleanup in Shelbyville isn't a side service we tacked on — it's the reason the company exists. Full liability coverage and Shelbyville, TN licensing back every job we take, so you're protected from the moment our truck pulls into the driveway.
We keep a stocked warehouse inside Shelbyville, TN so equipment never has to be trucked in from another region, which is the difference between a 45-minute arrival and a next-day one.
Ask any Shelbyville property manager who has dealt with a burst supply line at 3am — the difference between a crew that shows up ready and one still loading a truck at the shop is measured in gallons of water soaking into your subfloor. That's the gap Hirex Water Damage was built to close, one Shelbyville call at a time.
Not every leak announces itself with a flooded floor. A lot of the worst damage we see in Shelbyville started small and got ignored for weeks. Here's what tells us a property needs professional attention rather than a mop and a fan:
Recognizing one of these signs early is the difference between a contained repair and a gutted room, so call our Shelbyville team and get a straight answer on how urgent it is.
We size the Shelbyville response to the actual damage — a single-room extraction gets a two-person crew, a commercial loss gets the full fleet — nothing gets a cookie-cutter response.
Our Shelbyville units run truck-mount extraction pumps that pull thousands of gallons per hour, cutting standing-water time from days to hours. Every extraction job includes moisture mapping so we know exactly which materials are still holding water once the visible flooding is gone.
Our drying plans use moisture meters and thermal imaging to target air movers exactly where hidden moisture is trapped, with daily drying logs so you can see the numbers improving, not just take our word for it.
For families in Shelbyville, this covers flood-cut drywall removal, subfloor evaluation, and packing out salvageable belongings for cleaning, with clear photo documentation at every stage for your insurance claim.
Multi-unit and commercial Shelbyville properties get their own project manager plus enough drying equipment to cover the real square footage, not a token setup — we know a flooded lobby or a leaking unit above tenants below has to move fast.
When a Shelbyville job involves sewage backup, our team suits up in full PPE, applies EPA-registered antimicrobials, and safely disposes of porous materials that can't be saved.
Every Shelbyville job includes a preventive antimicrobial application, and if we spot conditions that need full remediation we tell you plainly instead of quietly hoping it clears up.
We quote the job before equipment gets plugged in, so there's no surprise line item buried in the final invoice.
Local staging inside Shelbyville, TN means Shelbyville response times usually beat the national average by a wide margin.
We photograph and log every step specifically so your claim moves faster and you're not the one arguing with the insurance company.
We don't call a job finished until the moisture meter agrees, and if it doesn't, we return at no additional cost.
Our Shelbyville team asks a handful of targeted questions so the truck that shows up already has the right gear loaded.
A licensed technician heads to your Shelbyville address with extraction and drying equipment already loaded.
We remove standing water first, then map moisture and position air movers and dehumidifiers based on the readings.
Daily moisture checks continue until every affected material reads dry, and you get a complete report at the end.
Every Shelbyville job gets closed based on instrument readings, not a visual check, and we won't call it finished until the numbers say it's finished. If a callback shows lingering moisture within 30 days of a completed job, we return and correct it at no additional charge.
You'll find that exact commitment printed on your Shelbyville paperwork, not just mentioned over the phone. We try to send the original technician back for any follow-up so you're not re-explaining the job to someone new.
